The detached holiday home was modernised in 2022 and is situated in a quiet, central location in the green bay of Potamia and Golden Beach, in the middle of an extensive olive grove with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
The house is surrounded by a large terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden with colourful roses.
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and two garden loungers.
Here you can end the day with a cosy barbecue and enjoy the impressive view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
During the day, a vine arbour provides plenty of shade on the terrace.
The swimming pool of a hotel is hidden behind olive trees approx.
30 metres away and can be used communally at any time.
