Overlooking a beautiful cove and sparkling turquoise waters, this 6-bed, 5-bath villa in the resort town of Marina di Pulsano offers a large and luxurious retreat just a few short steps from the sea. Located in the undiscovered Salento area in the south of Puglia (the southernmost part of Italy's heel), Marina di Pulsano is where the Italians choose to holiday.
Apart from its own natural coastal beauty, the town provides the perfect base to explore the region’s coastline of Caribbean-style white beaches, pretty bays and coves, fabulous food and wine and stunning baroque architecture. Ground Floor On the ground floor, a bright living room offers a comfy chill-out space to relax after hitting the beach.
Fold back the windows for all the sights and sounds of the sea and there’s a flat-screen TV/DVD for movie nights, while a log-burning fireplace keeps things feeling snug during cooler winter nights. A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up hearty group meals, while a large dining area with seating for twelve offers a relaxing spot for long and lazy Mediterranean lunches.
You can of course lounge and dine outside on the terraces. The ground floor also has a shared bathroom off the spacious corridor, along with three separate bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite with disabled bathroom facilities, the second bedroom comes with two twin beds, while the third bedroom doubles as a kids room and features a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. First Floor On the first floor, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms - each with the added luxury of their own ensuite bathroom. In the fourth bedroom, there’s a king size bed and flat-screen TV, while doors lead out to a sea facing large terrace.
