Dreamlike........Enjoy your holiday on the Côte d'Azur at Villa Riposa The villa, completely renovated in 2022, is located directly on the Côte d'Azur in an ancient Roman town called Fréjus on the "Tour de Mare".
Nice airport can be reached in just 45 minutes by car or Marseille airport in 70 minutes.
The delightful town of Fréjus itself is located between Cannes, St.Tropez and a variety of beaches, making it the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday.
There are several beaches, restaurants, water and adventure parks, interesting sights such as ancient amphitheatres and aqueducts.
The fully fenced villa, with 3 parking spaces on the property and 2 parking spaces next to the villa, is located above Fréjus overlooking the sea and is surrounded by many palm trees and tropical plants, making Villa Riposa the perfect relaxation paradise.
The villa is characterised by its very large pool (15mx5m), which allows guests to start their day with a morning swim and relax all day on one of the 12 sun loungers.
The pool area also has a shower room right by the pool, which has a shower and WC.
There is also an outdoor shower with hot water right by the pool.
There are plenty of places to stay to escape the Mediterranean sun.
At the rear of the house, guests can gather around a garden table with a large barbecue grill and enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings.
After sunset, the view over the town of Fréjus can be enjoyed with a glass of champagne on the south-facing terrace or on the terrace in the suite on the top floor.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 suite on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the middle floor and a separate studio overlooking the pool at the bottom of the building.
There are 6 bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, as well as a whirlpool.
On colder evenings, there is a fireplace in the large lounge for cosy hours or an evening of television.
The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with a large American food centre, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal.
Right next to it is the dining room with a large dining table, the guest toilet and the utility room, where you will find an additional freezer, washing machine, hoover and all the necessary cleaning utensils.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, and the bedrooms also have air conditioning, televisions and built-in wardrobes.
The beds are made up with the finest hotel bed linen and there are plenty of shower, hand and washing towels available for every guest.
Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion are also provided in the bathrooms.
A hairdryer is also available if required.
You can also enjoy a bath in the whirlpool in the suite on the top floor.
The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are separated from the rest of the living area by a door to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The sleeping area in the studio by the swimming pool has its own separate access.
All bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace and WLAN.
The property is fully video-monitored, but the cameras are switched off when the property is rented out, which is contractually guaranteed.
However, if you would like to spend a relaxing holiday with professional housekeeping, this can also be booked additionally.
This includes a change of linen and cleaning service and, if desired, also breakfast.
