The detached house is located in the picturesque mountain village of Podstrana where time seems to have stood still.
Enjoy the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and port city of Split or take a dip in the outdoor pool.
The village has two good restaurants within walking distance.
Within half an hour you can reach Split and you are 10 minutes away from the beach.
Around the house there are several hiking trails through beautiful nature and mountain bikers will also get their money's worth here.
Active holidaymakers can have a great time here.
In the immediate vicinity, you can go sailing, surfing, mountain climbing, rafting, ziplining and canyoning.
A visit to the islands of Brac and Hvar is also recommended.
From Split, you can visit these islands by ferry.
In the spacious garden you will find a swimming pool (5.5 x 4.5 metres and 1.80 metres deep).
By the pool you will find relaxing chairs.
On the other side of the house you will find another part of the garden.
Here is a clothesline.
Right next to the house is a covered lower terrace with a dining set and a spacious upper terrace with a lounge set.
The garden house has a canopy where you can also enjoy the shade.
Furthermore, there is a garden on the other side of the house where you can also relax.

The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect.
Think of a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and a dolce gusto coffee machine.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
In this room you will find a wii and various games and magazines for the children.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is air-conditioned.
Both bedrooms open onto a spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and views until late.
On this floor you will also find a bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the garden you will find our garden house.
This offers space for two more people and also has a separate bathroom with toilet and shower.
In this annex you will also find a coffee machine and kettle.
This room is also equipped with air conditioning.
Of course, there is also wifi which has good coverage in most of the house.
At the foot of the mountain ( 2 kilometres from the house) you will find a supermarket, bakery and the beach where all the locals enjoy their free moments.
Here there are two beach bars and fun activities are regularly organised.
The drop Gornja Podstrana is an eco ethno village.
This means that residents have to keep houses in their old condition as much as possible.
You will therefore find many traditionally stone houses and buildings here.
You reach our house via a mountain road.
This is asphalted but has several sharp bends.
So drive carefully and don't forget to enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
