Cannigione : Family House near the sea Our Family House is built on a private plot of 1300 square metres near the sea (150 metres), in La Conia in Cannigione.
The house consists of 2 flats each with entrances and privacy on opposite sides.
One of my brothers occupies a flat.
The one of our guests has an area of 115.37 square metres and has: 1 corridor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (No.
1) with shower-tub, WC, bidet, washbasin and washing machine, 1 bathroom (No.
2) with shower-tub, bidet, WC, and French windows communicating with the terrace, 1 kitchen and 1 large living room.
All appliances are new and purchased in 2017 and 2019.
We recommend the flat for 4 to 5 people.
The minimum is 2 persons, with a maximum of 6 occupants including adults and children.
In the living room there are : 1 single bed and 2 sofas, one of the sofas can be converted into a single bed.
One room is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds for children.
Within the property there is space to park 4 cars, 2 of which are reserved for the guest, and in the surrounding grounds there are some fruit and ornamental trees, and some herbs for cooking.
The apartment has an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a terrace and 2 verandas.
Wifi is unlimited and free.
Gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels are free of charge.
For heating: Gas, electricity and pellets for the stove are charged in cold periods, according to consumption.
We do not offer a change of linen.
An iron and ironing board and a washing machine are available.
Clothes must be hung in the area provided.
The television receives Italian channels via the Hertzian aerial, and French, German, English and other countries' programmes via the satellite dish.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
The house is not suitable for children, but children are welcome, and their presence must be under the entire responsibility of the guests.
Additional costs : No additional costs are required for bed linen and towels.
However, for longer stays we recommend that you bring your own linen for changing.
If we have to provide a change of linen, please refer to the price table.
It is desired that the house is left tidy and clean on the day of departure.
The house is situated on the ground floor with an entrance into the kitchen, followed by a corridor, a large living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one of which opens onto the terrace.

- 1 living room of 35,45 m2, with 2 sofas, of which only one can be changed into a bed for a single person, mini library the foreign and Italian languages, satellite TV for French, German and other programmes, and Hertzian antenna for Italian programmes
- 1 kitchen of 20.39 m2, with 4-burner oven and electric grill, dishwasher, mini-microwave oven, coffee with espresso machine capsules (LAVAZZA A Modo Mio model), 6-cup stainless steel Neapolitan coffee maker, 2-cup stainless steel Neapolitan coffee maker, toaster, 1 electric kettle for infusions, electric cheese grater, large refrigerator-freezer, a table for 8 persons, enough plates, glasses, cutlery, pans and crockery.
The property is fenced off, and offers the possibility of parking 4 cars inside, 2 of which are reserved for the guest.
Public parking spaces are available in front of the house only 10 metres away.
In the Privacy area near the kitchen you will find a large Eucalyptus table that can seat 6 to 8 people with 6 chairs.
On the periphery of the Privacy area there are : 3 granite benches, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a parking area to put your car in the shade under a large parasol pine.
On the terrace: a 3x4-metre gazebo with a table, chairs and 4 beds for sunbathing or for the sought-after relaxation.

At the exit of the property, a footpath with a cycle track along the seafront joins La Conia à Cannigione.
Along the promenade there are bars, restaurants, hotels, pizzerias and places to rent sailing boats and other sea-related sporting activities.
The location is excellent for visiting the Costa Smeralda and other typical Gallura localities.
