Villa Il Palazzo is a manor house dating from the end of the 19th century, lovingly restored to its former splendour.
The Palazzo is situated in the Fratta region, a rural area in which a splendid chandelier – one of the most important examples of Etruscan civilization – was discovered.
The path of Bonifica Leopoldina, from which you can enjoy a view of Cortona and the surrounding countryside, runs near to the Villa and can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
There are six apartments of various sizes, each of which contains antique furniture which fits harmoniously together with the vaulted ceilings, the terracotta-tiled floors and the arches, making the villa a beautiful and welcoming place to stay.
The bedrooms are painted in warm colours matching the hues of the surrounding countryside.
