Holiday house 'Badia Vecchia' is located in the countryside surrounding the enchanting medieval village of Monteverdi Marittimo, built in Tuscan style with characteristic exposed beams and a private swimming pool.
For the summer of 2024, air conditioning has been installed in all rooms and a photovoltaic system.
It is ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany.
The house is only 1600 m from the village, inside a private park of about 1,000 sqm with olive and cypress trees, completely fenced and with a splendid panoramic view of the green hills of the Val di Cornia, in a quiet but not isolated position.
The beaches of Marina di Donoratico are only 22 km away. The accommodation The house consists of two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, and one bedroom with two single beds, all finely furnished, three bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa and television, a kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and moka.

Casa "Badia Vecchia" is sanitised and disinfected according to current legislation at every change of guests. Outside there are two large panoramic verandas equipped with garden furniture, a private swimming pool (5x3 - open from June to September) equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
The garden with olive and cypress trees is 1,000 square metres, completely fenced in with car parking. House rules: Check-in from 4.00 p.m.
