This holiday house with a terrace is in the picturesque little town of Premantura, about 10km from Pula, the tourist and cultural centre of the region with its famous amphitheatre.
The house is ideal for one larger or two smaller families, or a group of seven people, for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Nature lovers will enjoy it here and your pets are also welcome.
The 65m² house was renovated in 2009 and is suitable for six to a maximum of seven people.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an additional TV.
The second, larger bedroom has a double bed and a big cupboard.
The three-seater sofa in the spacious living room provides two further beds.
The dining space for six people is in front of the big terrace door, along with the kitchen that is connected to the living room, fully-equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer and crockery.
Air conditioning, wireless Internet access and a safe for your valuables are available.
The modern bathroom has a shower with massage jets, a washing machine and a washbasin with a cupboard underneath.
The toilet with a washbasin is separate.
A supplementary single bed can be provided on request.
To the south there is the Kap Kamenjak nature reserve, a popular destination for day trips.
A lovely pristine and craggy coast has one bay after another with crystal clear water.
The beaches at Kamenjak start about 500 metres from the house.
The nearest beach is 300 metres away. The big terrace provides seating and invites you to relax, looking out over the courtyard with a grill.
Whilst grilling you can enjoy the fragrance of the pine trees and listen to the chirping of crickets.
The enclosed courtyard measures 1000m² and is surrounded by forest.
