Within 350 meters walking from the villa is a bus stop with frequent rides to Mykonos town! The sea view villa offers beautiful views under a large front shaded terrace with a spacious lounge & barbecue dining area under the pine wood pergola, plus, a unique private infinity pool with Hot-Tub, making the villa a dream for friends, families and couples.
The interior is fresh, cozily decorated, pristine, and tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and eclectic artwork.

Amazing Paraga Villa 2 sleeps 14 guests with the capacity for 3-4 additional guests with an extra charge (please let us know in advance).
So, the villa has the potential to accommodate up to 18 guests! First floor has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, outdoor & indoor dining table, a living room with a couch by the fireplace which enjoys views of the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, a bay style seating area ideal for moments of laziness and relaxation or just an afternoon nap, a WC and a 42' flat-screen Smart TV. At the same level, three external large en-suite bedrooms are located, all of them with their own separate entrance for privacy and autonomy, enjoying direct pool access and extra comfy beds.
You access the rooms from the pool area and you dive in the pool within a few steps! Two of these three bedrooms are located next to each other (each of them with its own entrance door) and the third one is only some meters away, just next to the patio of the villa, where the dining table with amazing pool views is located. Ground floor has three en-suite bedrooms: A massive master bedroom with 9ft ceilings consists of a cozy king size bed, a dome style bathroom shower with its own private Jacuzzi tub and a seating area with comfortable sofa and Smart TV.
Taking advantage of the size of the room, a wooden loft bed can be added that could comfortably accommodate two more guests UPON REQUEST and at an additional cost.
This master bedroom is ideal for families with kids or couples seeking extra comfort and space.
The room is accessed through the main villa, but has also another door with easy access to the pool area! Two more large en-suite bedrooms are located on the same level.
One of them is divided in two spaces separated with a door: one space has a queen size bed and the other space has a sofa that could be transformed into a bed in order to accommodate UPON REQUEST and at an extra cost one more adult guest or two children.
This room also enjoys an easy access to the pool area via a separate door, but of course is accessed and connected through the main villa as well. The upper floor of the villa has an individually entranced en-suite room with a queen size bed.
