The time-out villa is ideally located in the countryside, making it the perfect base at any time of year and the ideal holiday address for stress sufferers and those seeking peace and quiet on their way back to nature.
The holiday home is located 35 km north of the lively university city of Murcia and is well connected to the A30 motorway (Blanca exit) and the towns of Blanca and Ricote.
The beaches of the Costa Cálida, the Mar Menor and the ancient harbour town of Cartagena, which is well worth a visit, can be reached in around an hour's drive.
We recommend a hire car for your stay, with Alicante or Murcia as the destination airports, for unforgettable days in a natural paradise all year round - In spring, the colourful almond, apricot and peach blossom and the Easter celebrations of Semana Santa attract visitors.
The first harvest tastes good in early summer.
Fresh fruit and vegetables from the region can be bought at the weekly markets in Blanca, Ricote or Archena. - In summer, a light, pleasant breeze blows and the private pool delights young and old alike.
The summer holidays become chill-out time - the evening BBQ with a sundowner and a view of the mountains becomes a cherished feast with your favourite people. - Autumn still offers wonderfully warm days and is perfect for hiking and mountain biking tours or for "simply soaking up the sun again".
The olive harvest brings freshly pressed olive oil to the mills.
"From hand to mouth" - almond harvest directly on the premises! Well signposted hiking trails around the Valle de Ricote and Sierra de Ricote invite you to go on extended tours in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
The orange and lemon blossom intoxicates the senses. - The Spanish winter sun warms you during the day and the brightness recharges your energy batteries.

Thousands of lemon and orange trees enchant the valley with their lush green colour and wonderful fruit.
The intoxicating scent wafts through the air during the orange blossom season.
The wind elegantly moves the palm fronds.
The Moorish origins of the settlements are recognisable everywhere, as the Valle de Ricote reminded the Moors of their Moroccan valleys, among other things.
Norias, the large, often wooden water wheels, are both a functioning and silent testimony to this time.
Numerous well-marked hiking and walking trails lead through the valley or up the mountains, depending on the level of interest and difficulty.
The views and vistas are always breathtaking and fascinating.
The highest peak is called Los Almeces and is reached at 1122 metres above sea level.
The neighbouring mountains are the territory of the local ibex, and hiking and climbing fans will love the wonderfully wooded mountain slopes of the Sierra de Ricote and the wildly rugged, varied Campo de Ricote above the valley.
