A dirt track takes you to your beautiful Villa Carina (Can Carino), which has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large pool.
It offers space for a maximum of eight to nine people.
Through the main entrance you reach the foyer, which leads to a shower room on the left and straight ahead to the modern living/dining room.
The entrance area is decorated in modern, coordinated colours, which are reflected in the living/dining area.
The dining room is open-plan and directly adjoins the living room (with a flat-screen TV and satellite, as well as a large sofa).
The spacious kitchen is separated from the dining room by a sliding door.
Here you will find a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and a large fridge and freezer.
You will find a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate storage room.
You can also reach the spacious covered terrace from the living/dining area.
From here you can enjoy the view over the pool, the beautiful outdoor area and the vast countryside.
There is also an outdoor barbecue with seating and a chill-out lounge with white curtains.
There is another sofa on the terrace.
In the left-hand half of the house, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms, two of which are separated by a large bathroom.
