The new owners Karin and Ralf, have made this well known and popular vacation home even more beautiful with larger beds, new furniture, more modern accents and completely new kitchen accessories.
La Pendolera is exceptionally beautifully situated in the Alqueria, 1.5 km from Comares, where, in addition to its beautiful surroundings, you can also enjoy a microclimate: due to its unique location on the mountainside overlooking the sea, temperatures here are exceptionally mild even in winter.

There is air conditioning on a "pay as you use" basis.

In the immediate vicinity you can go hiking, mountain biking, cycling and even rock climbing.
The largest Tiroliña in Spain with several vias ferratas and the possibility of sliding along long cables to the overlying mountain is located just outside the village.
