In a drive of only 10 minutes on a paved road you get to Cala Mondragó’s idyllic sandy beach.
The front veranda is equipped with a big table and 8 wicker chairs and not far from it is a big brick barbecue.
Also the rear veranda is equipped with two tables and 8 chairs.
From here you get directly to the 5 x 10m pool, the stone made sunbathing terrace and the lawn.
In this part of the gardens there is also a brick barbecue.
There are 8 sunloungers to enjoy the sun and two parasols if you prefer the shadow.
There is an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Pool and outdoor area are illuminated.
The plot of about 2.500 sqm is completely walled.
From the front veranda you get to a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen.
The living area is equipped with fireplace, sofas and Sat-TV, the dining area with a solid wooden dining table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with 5 flames gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many more.
In the rear part of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and another living area with views to the pool and way out to the rear veranda.
A stairs is going down to the basement floor where there is a bedroom with double bed, two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each and another bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
All bedrooms in the basement floor have windows in the upper part of the wall and can be well ventilated.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.
