This holiday house in the green heart of Istria is on the edge of the village of Rezanci, is stylishly furnished and provides all the necessary comfort.
It is about 19km from the sea.

The living room has another sofa bed for two people and in the entrance area there is a separate guest WC.
A cot is available and can be set up in any of the rooms.
The interior meets modern standards and there is even under-floor heating and cooling in all the room.
Such cooling systems cool rooms significantly better, without noise or draughts.
A Wii games console for children, satellite TV, a CD player and a radio are available in the living room.
The village football ground is just 150 metres away and can be used upon agreement with the village hall.
The house is in quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest and is the last house on the outskirts.
The location is ideal for jogging, hiking or walking with a dog.
Attractions, art and culture in the area as day trips include the Roman Colosseum in Pula (25km), the truffle town of Motovun (30km), the beautiful town of Rovinj (20km) or for children the Aqua Park in Porec (40km).
The owners can also arrange riding excursions and buggy tours on request.
