The house is placed in the second row to the sea (no house in the first row below) and it's last house on the east side of the village.
Only 50 steps separate the house and the beach.
Since the bay has about 30 holiday homes, there is no traffic and the sea is crystal clear.
It is ideal for families with children and also for business people who want to escape from everyday stress or for nature lovers. The spacious, spacious 30 m² terrace is covered and offers you a wonderful view of the sea.
It is equipped with a stone fireplace, a gas grill, a Bluetooth / USB / SD sound system and a large table with space for up to ten people.
The house has a double garage and a private double parking space for guests.
The house also has a private pool 6 x 3.5 x 1.2 m with hydromassage jets.
Your kids will love splashing around in the water while you relax on the lounge chairs in the shade. The detached house has a living space of 100 m² and is designed for six people.

The kitchen on the ground floor has a large, rustic dining table for ten people and is equipped with a stove, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mixer and dishes as well as a stereo system.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, boiler, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and small and large towels.
An ironing board and iron are also available here.
The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
In the second bedroom on the you will find a single bed and another 160 cm wide double bed.

The beach, which is only 30 meters from the house, is made of concrete and the pebble / sand beach is about 400 meters away.
If you come with a small child, we can provide you with a sandpit.
