The house is located on the outskirts of the village for exclusive use without immediate neighbours, here you are undisturbed in nature and yet close to the village
The house has been lovingly restored in recent years, the bathroom is brand new with a whirlpool bath and additional shower / WC, as is the fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob and oven.
A coffee machine and dishwasher are also available.
For the cooler days, especially in winter, a wood stove is available, firewood is provided limited, the rooms are heated with central heating (1x gas is included in the price) or electrically.
The house has two bedrooms with new beds 2x0.90x2.00m and 1x 1.60x2.0m for a total of four people, a kitchen, a large living room with old Canarian wooden ceiling, and modern flat screen TV via satellite.
A CD player/radio is also available.
Towels, bed linen and a cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
A washing machine is also available, intermediate cleaning with bed change (from 14 days 1x) on request and free of charge.
You can hike from the house in all directions, from a walk to a day trip.
To relax there are 3 terraces available depending on the time of day , in the sun or rather in the shade equipped with garden furniture , loungers with cushions children up to 6 years free .

Many shopping facilities as well as pharmacy, post office and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes, as well as the bus stop from where you can go around the whole island by bus.
The beautiful sandy beach in Tacacorte can also be reached by bus in an hour, the buses are cheap and punctual, a hire car is not absolutely necessary.
To the east and south, you can look over the Hausbaranco to the opposite part of Puntagorda, above which is the Montana Las Tricias and a little higher still is the Roque Muchachos, the highest mountain on the island.
To the west and north you have beautiful views of many fruit trees and below the sea can be seen very nicely from the west terraceA nice walk from the house to the coast of Puntagorda is offered, or the spring tour in the midst of almond trees above the village is also very nice
