Sunsets and drinks on the terrace are a must! The villa is close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank, and most daily amenities.
There are also a number of good restaurants and bars.
The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is the Korineum Golf and Country Club, less than 10 minutes drive away. The villa is ideal for AlFRESCO dining/barbecues overlooking the sea and mountains with magnificent sunsets. Nearby beaches include Alagadi Beach, a protected and unspoiled area known for its turtles.
A popular beach is Kaplica, a 25-minute drive away, with beautiful golden sand and safe swimming.

This is a very positive step for all of Esentepe, which is growing steadily as many foreign buyers choose to invest in holiday homes on the beautiful coast.
On the beach, there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
In addition, there are 2 water parks nearby.
Both are highly recommended and only 20 minutes' drive away. The cooling pine forest of the KYRENIA MOUNTAIN Range is only a short drive through the village of Esentepe.  In the forest are designated BBQ areas which are very popular with local families in the summer months and great walks.
