The villa has three floors, there are 7 bedrooms in the house - 3 of them are at the lower level, 2 other bedrooms are on the ground floor and the last 2 bedrooms are at the first floor. In the Lower Level: There is an en-suite bedroom with king size bed plus a single bed ( possibility for a cot), air conditioning, a large bathroom (bath) and a terrace with a table and chairs.
One Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with air conditioning, blinds that open up to the patio, one bathroom with bath and shower. On this floor there is a living area with seating sofas, snooker table, bar and kitchenette all equipped and a terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor: Consists by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with scenery view, both of them have air conditioning and a shared bathroom in the hallway.
The dining room has seats for up 16/20 people and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and a laundry room.
A service bathroom (only toilet and basin). The living room has 3 sofas, a dining table that seats up to 12 people and a fireplace, which you can use it freely in the cold months, if you need our help with an extra cost we provide the wood for you. On the first floor: Has an en-suite King size bed with bathroom(bath), air conditioning, 2 comfortable armchairs and a private balcony.

Safety: Main Gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off. Outside - While staying at the villa enjoy the front terrace and your private swimming pool "with a size of 11mx8" .
You also have a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers and sun shades and as well the BBQ. Private parking closed with an electronic gate.
