Trullo La Contessina is a small and welcoming independent villa and a charming holiday home, providing also an exclusive swimming pool and an enchanting sea view.
Immersed in the quiet countryside of southern Puglia, and a few minutes drive from the wonderful sandy beaches of Pescoluse (Salve, LECCE), the so-called “Maldives of Salento”, it enjoys a panoramic view and a very private position. Ideal for a couples or a small family. The house has a nice and simple interior decor and offers some artisanal furniture that perfectly matches the local country style.
The kitchen and living rooms are both well equipped and all rooms are communicating with each other.
Bright and fresh, it offers two comfortable and spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower.
The living area offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside and consists of a good-size kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area, large and romantic window on the exclusive garden.
All rooms have air conditioning. The house is slightly elevated from the garden and is therefore equipped with some steps. A garden full of Mediterranean vegetation completely surrounds the house and is made up of various terraces and dry stone walls.
The dining area is set up under a beautiful pergola equipped with a built-in sofa, barbecue, and comfortable sink; a path leads to the 4x10 m swimming pool (depth 140 cm) with solarium area. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is slightly raised above the garden and is therefore equipped with some steps. Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via an unpaved path (500 m dirt road).

On the west coast, you’ll find a smooth coast with long sandy beaches.
The closest point where to sunbath is Santa Maria di Leuca with its local beach and lidos otherwise guest loving more naturalist areas can choose the little fjord of “Ciolo”.
