The house is located in Privlaka, on a plot of 1600 m2, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fig trees, only 700 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.
Among the olive trees in the garden is a swimming pool of 32 m2, a pure oasis of refreshment and relaxation.
Next to the pool is the 60 m2 terrace, which is located directly in front of the house.
