Directly from the entrance of the house we find an open space with the dining table on the left, the living area with Smart TV and the directly adjacent open-plan kitchenette.
From here you have access to the rear of the house, where you will find the refreshing pool with sun loungers, a beautifully designed outdoor area under a porch and the brick-built charcoal barbecue.
The kitchen also leads to the utility room, where the fridge and washing machine are located. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.
Between the two bedrooms is the shared bathroom with bath and shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with a second living area with satellite TV; a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Two steps lead to the last bedroom which has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed and limited hours of use.
In the front area you will find a covered veranda with dining table.

At the rear of the house is the beautiful pool.
