At 390 metres above sea level, the villa is surrounded by an olive finca and many tropical plants in an ideal and privileged climate zone with only a few minutes' walk to the cliff.
The picturesque village of Puntagorda is just a 5-minute drive away and has many different supermarkets, an organic food shop, a bakery, various cafés and restaurants and a pharmacy.
The Puerto de Puntagorda, a small rocky bay with swimming and fishing opportunities right by the sea, is about 10 minutes away by car.
