The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten persons.

The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable open plan living-room / dining-room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with two single size beds (90 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub, wash basin and toilet.
The open fireplace provides a romantic ambience in the living area where you will also find a large flatscreen TV.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The impressive interior staircase on the ground floor leads upstairs to the must-see, cozy loft.
This open space has been converted to comfortably accommodate four persons - it is practically a separate apartment.
Traditionally decorated, the loft is comprised of a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two single size beds (90 x 200 cm), a child's crib and a private bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The lower ground floor features a romantic bedroom with a vintage double bed (140 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet and a laundry area.
This level may be accessed from the interior staircase on the ground floor and via its own private entrance from the yard.
The villa has a washing machine, bed linen and towels are provided and WiFi is also available free of charge. Kalamaki beach is approximately 1 km away from your holiday villa.
The centre of Zakynthos with shops, cafes and restaurants is approximately 400 m away.
To the airport it's 2 km. The villa is located in a separate, fenced-in section of the estate with its own private entrance.
