Nearby Nontron has several large supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, post office, banks, museum, tourist office etc.
A little further away is Brantôme, the Venice of the Périgord.
Prehistoric caves with wall paintings can be visited nearby.
The historic towns of Perigueux and Angoulême are well worth a visit.
