This modern and tastefully furnished villa is located in the Vale De Furnas Valley, on Sao Miguel's southern coast, also called "the green island". The large sliding glass doors in the living room open up to the private sun terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a sun shade and a barbecue.
Secure car parking is available just in front of the house. The two storey building, built in 1900, has only recently been renovated (2016) and furnished as a luxury holiday rental.
The 80 m² house boasts an open plan living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.
