The villa is located in a beautiful and relaxing area of Sicily, in the middle of the countryside, but only 600 metres from the small town of Pedagaggi and 40 km from Siracusa.
The villa has a large outdoor area with a large swimming pool, barbecue area, a terrace overlooking the pool where you can spend summer moments, and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the park and Mount Etna; and many charming corners all around the property.

The interior features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed.

We are in Pedagaggi, a small village in the eastern part of Sicily.
It is a place renowned for its orange and lemon trees, a delightful part of Sicily.
Pedagaggi is located in a naturalistic and agricultural area.
You should visit Buccheri (a very beautiful town with an interesting local Art Nouveau style), Monte Lauro (a nature area) and the archaeological site of Lentini (one of the most important Greek settlements).
The sea is about 20 minutes away.
We recommend the sandy beach of Agnone Bagni.
The largest town where you can find everything you need is Carlentini (about 6 km).
Pedagaggi is strategically located, 40 km from Catania and Siracusa.
