The villa is located 4 km away from Scicli, a town declared a Unesco heritage site, and the beautiful beach of Sampieri, one of the most renowned locations in the 'Commissario Montalbano' fiction. The building, totally built in white limestone typical of the area, is on two levels.
On the first is a fully equipped kitchen (with a beautiful stone oven), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a large suite with a double bed and 1 single bed.
On the upper level there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a wonderful terrace from which to enjoy the sea view.
