The villa is one of the best examples of the modern architecture of the early 1960s in Dalmatia.
The house was built by the legendary, post-modern architect Ivo Vitic and was completely renovated n 2014.

The lounge has an adjoining studio area and a big, fully-equipped, high-tech kitchen with an induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, mixer, juicer and hand mixer.
The kitchen has a back door leading out onto several garden terraces, which are also accessible from the front and the side of the villa.
Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available.
The house also has remote-controlled blonds, a quality Sonos stereo system so you can listen to your music collection in every room of the house, and a 50” LCD TV with Internet.

The beach at Zaostrog is an elongated, curved pebbled beach, with a shaded promenade behind it with several cafés, restaurants and icecream counters.
