This romantic holiday house made of natural stone enjoys a perfect seaside holiday location literally just steps from the blue Adriatic, in a secluded location just outside the picturesque little fishing village of Sumartin along the east coast of the Croatian sunny island of Brac.

The ground-level holiday house was newly built in 2000 and was fully renovated in 2013, with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including its own solar panels for an environmentally friendly power supply.
The living space of 55m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom.
The living room has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a solid wood dining table with chairs.
The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.
Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and the other with a bunk bed for three people (160 x 200cm below, 90 x 200cm above).
The light bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet.
Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.
Next to the large sunny terrace with a wooden table and benches right in front of the house there is a big traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky.
You can make yourselves comfortable in the hammock and enjoy a panoramic view over the bay and the sea.
There is also a convenient outdoor shower.
The holiday house can only be accessed by boat.
The owner has his own large and comfortable motorboat to take you to the accommodation.
He himself lives in Selca and if you arrive by car you can park it on the secure parking space in front of his house, before travelling on by boat.
You can also hire a 4-metre-long motorboat during your stay If you are interested in this offer please make a note on your booking.
Despite the secluded location, you are always well supplied.
The owner can take care of grocery shopping for you.
The house has a telephone so you can place orders.
The house is less than 20 metres from the sea and the long beach, which can only be accessed by boat, so you basically have it all to yourself.
It is about 3km to the centre of Sumartin with a range of shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants, about 20 minutes by boat.
