The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, urinal basin and even a washing machine.
Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Only 1.5 km away from the property there are beaches, golf and tennis courts, restaurants, grocery stores and a tourist office.
The entrance to the important climbing area at the foot of the mountain Mosor is just 100m away.
The villa provides all guests maximum privacy and security of the facility, which extends to little more than the total area of 5000m².
The area also includes promenade through the olive grove and vineyard.
Security is strictly controlled and conditions are adapted to the standard protection of persons with special treatment (VIP).
