This detached house is near the beach, just a 10-minute drive from Crikvenica and the beaches, in a quiet location on a road in Bribir with little traffic.
It is in beautiful surroundings with plenty of greenery and a lovely mountain and sea view. There are three parking spaces in front of the house.
The garden has a big pool, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

A dining table and chairs are provided. The house provides 180m² of living space on two floors, where you can relax completely and can find everything you need.
