The 130 m² holiday home is located on the outskirts of Rebici and is suitable for up to eight people.
It dates back to 1900 and was last renovated in 2012.
The Rebici beach is 2 km away via a tarmac road. In the courtyard there is a 21 m² private pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols.
On the ground floor there is a terrace with a barbecue and a rustic wooden table with seating for up to eight people.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a small seating area (dining table with chairs).
The third bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and another bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC are located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an external staircase.
A second living room with satellite TV and pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) offers two more sleeping places.
WLAN is also available in the house. The centre of Rebici is about 200 m away.
The sea and the beach as well as water sports facilities and a fishing spot are approx.
2 km away, and shopping facilities, a restaurant and public transport are 5 km away.
The airport and ferry harbour are around 28 km away.
