The holiday house is located in a residential area of Stinjan, a quiet suburb of Pula.
The nearest beach is only about 700 metres away. The upstairs flat has a covered balcony, while the downstairs flat has a mostly covered terrace.

This city, with some 3,000 years of history, boasts numerous buildings to visit, such as the famous Roman amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus and the fortress walls with its city gates.
Another popular excursion destination is the Brijuni Islands National Park.
Towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Medulin, Rabac and Opatija are also within easy reach.
