This holiday house, a traditional farmhouse that was renovated in 2014, is not far from the romantic little town of Bale.
It is quietly located, just 500 metres from the main road that runs from Bale to Rovinj.
It is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean landscape and lots of olive trees, with a view of the sea.
It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, who love nature and being active outdoors.

In front of and behind the house there is a roofed terrace with a sitting area, which has shade all day long.
Outside there is also a big barbecue available for use.
There are parking spaces in the front courtyard or right next to the house.
The house combines traditional and modern decorative elements perfectly.
It provides 76m² of living space for four to five people.
The ground floor (45m²) has a living room with a sofa, flatscreen TV and an oven, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The elegantly curved stairway leads up into a hallway that leads to the two bedrooms.
The first has a small double bed (130 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), while the second has a further single bed (120 x 200cm).
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and offer a beautiful view of the Istrian west coast.
On the upper floor there is also a second bathroom with a shower.
A fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The surroundings are attractive for nature lovers as well as sports enthusiasts.
There are many cycle paths and hiking trails within easy access from the house.
The nearby Palud nature reserve is the only bird sanctuary in Istria.
Let’s not forget the many unspoilt beaches that lie secluded in little bays.
The nearby beaches and tourist centres of Vestar, San Polo, Colone Bale or Rovinj provide a wide range of leisure and sports activities.
Especially the romantic locality of Bale (3km away) is not overcrowded during the high season and offers open-air events and festivals in summer.
It is about a five-minute drive to the nearest supermarkets four kilometres away.
Please note that harmless pets are kept at the property (domestic cats and two dogs) in a kennel about 100 metres away from the house.
Bicycles can be provided at a small supplementary charge.
