On the upper floor, there is an auxiliary room for leisure, reading or work with air conditioning and heat pump, with a terrace-solarium next to it.
Around Ca'n Soler you will find a multitude of services all year round, such as: supermarkets, greengrocers, bakeries, patisseries, bus stops, chemists, cafés, restaurants, petrol stations....
Also from Ca'n Soler you will be able to go on trips and visit and get to know the Natural Area of Son Real, the Natural Park of s'Albufera or the Natural Park of Serra de Tramuntana, as well as several very interesting nearby towns, such as Playa de Muro, Alcudia, Sa Pobla, Artà, Pollença, as well as Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Balearic Islands, which is just 45 minutes away by car.
On request, various furnishings and utensils for small children are available free of charge: a cot, a highchair, a bathtub, plates, glasses and cutlery and a toilet adaptor.
