Nestled in the peaceful community of Las Rosas, our private holiday home offers a place of relaxation and tranquillity. Our spacious house extends over two floors and offers a generous living space of 90 square metres.
On the inviting ground floor, you will find a beautifully and stylishly furnished living and dining area - ideal for cosy hours with your loved ones.
The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need.
A practical guest WC and a storage room with washing machine round off this floor of the house. Enjoy your meals outside or simply sunbathe on the large south-west-facing terrace surrounded by exotic plants. On the upper floor you will find two light-flooded, colourful bedrooms (with blackout blinds, of course).
One of them is equipped with air conditioning, the other with a ceiling fan.
