This property is located in the quiet development of Quinta do Sobral in the municipality of Castro Marim on the eastern Algarve.

The Casa has 116 m2 and offers a large living room with a dining area and a fireplace.
It also offers three bedrooms; one of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and has an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet).
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2m) and the third bedroom on this floor is furnished as with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m).
There is an additional bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet.
