The house offers 110 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 5 people. Also of note is the outdoor living and dining area, which makes it pleasant to spend time on the large terrace.
It is an ideal place to rest and relax thanks to its fantastic terrace with views of the sea and the surrounding nature.

On the terrace, you can always find a place in the shade, as the sun moves around the house during the day; the two tables offer the possibility of having breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors.

The motorway is a 15-20-minute drive away and connects you to various tourist attractions.
The picturesque Cefalù, the Greek temples of Agrigento and Segesta, the medieval villages of the Madonie, San Vito, Erice and the Marsala and Trapani areas in western Sicily are all within easy reach.
If you do not want to drive to Palermo, you can park your car at the Bagheria or Santa Flavia railway stations and reach the city in 10-15 minutes. It is advisable to have a car, as the nearest city centre is 3 km away.
However, if you prefer to walk, it will take you 20 minutes and you can enjoy the city.
