Most of the rooms are connected to the sun terrace, from which there is a panoramic view of the entire limestone gorge.
The building, originally inhabited by the estate's tenants, has been restored using natural materials typical of the area, such as limestone and wood.
The house consists of seven comfortable rooms, each with its own entrance and private bathroom with shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar and 26'' LCD TV.
Five rooms are located on the upper floor, while the other two are on the lower floor.
Here you will also find the dining room, from which you can access the kitchen, and a lounge-style living room where you can watch TV or read a book and relax on comfortable sofas.
As far as energy costs are concerned, up to 600 kWh are included in the rental price.
Unfortunately, due to the villa's isolated location, it cannot be reached by public transport.
It is highly recommended to have your own vehicle.
Shops are about 7 km away and a restaurant is only 5 km away.
Within easy reach (15-35 km) are the golden beaches of Pozzallo, Sampieri, S.
Lorenzo, Cala Mosche, as well as the natural oases of Vendicari and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the southern tip of Sicily.
The same goes for the picturesque baroque towns of Ragusa, Noto and Scicli (also 15-30 km away).
