The old farmhouse stands in an unspoilt landscape and enjoys a magnificent view at 450 metres above sea level, immersed in the silence of the Umbrian hills, among vineyards and olive groves. The kitchen-living room on the ground floor offers access to the porch equipped with table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x190cm), one of which has a private bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm each).
Another bathroom has a bathtub.
All the windows in the villa are fitted with mosquito nets.
The living room and kitchen offer a view of the pool, while the bedrooms offer a view of the surrounding hills.
The rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished in the old Arte Povera style.
The bedrooms have a precious charm and are all equipped with wrought iron beds.
The house offers every comfort: TV in the living room and bedrooms, washing machine, coffee machine, DVD and CD player, stereo system.
The fireplaces and wood-burning stove cannot be used. In the surroundings of the villa there are numerous paths where you can take long walks in nature.
Shops, supermarkets and a post office can be found in the village of Allerona Scalo, 2.5 km away.
Orvieto is about 6 km away and offers shops of all kinds. To reach the country house, a dirt road 1.3 km long is necessary, which is not suitable for low and sports cars.
