The patio is equipped with pergola, benches and a large table for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The owners, who live in a separate building on the same estate, personally welcome guests by offering homemade jams and fine saffron pistils.

The Adriatic Sea is approx.
90 minutes away and the Tyrrhenian Sea approx.
120 minutes by car.
It is possible to bathe in the lake, which is approx.
1.5 km from the centre of the village of Pratovecchio, or in the Arno river.
The town centres of Pratovecchio and Poppi are about 3 km away.
Excursions can be made to the Poppi zoo park, the Verna Sanctuary, the Camaldoli Hermitage and the Casentino National Forest Park.
Florence is an hour's drive away, Arezzo is 40 minutes away and Siena 90 minutes.
From Arezzo it only takes an hour and 5 minutes to get to Rome by fast train, so day trips to the capital are also possible.
