In addition, there is a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, and washing machine.
The large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (or three single beds) has a blackout window with mosquito net and a large blackout window, which gives direct access to the outside patio.
A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor (80 sqm).

Your animal friends can join you and bathe in the waters of the Arno river that flows at the edge of the property.
Around the swimming pool is the solarium with sun loungers, deckchairs, benches and parasols.
The large 6 x 12 swimming pool for relaxing bathing is equipped with a staircase in the corner, indoor and outdoor lighting.
The patio is equipped with pergola, benches and a large table for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The owners, who live in a separate building on the same estate, personally welcome guests by offering homemade jams and fine saffron pistils.
