The villa is a typical 19th-century Tuscan country house, recently renovated in the traditional Tuscan style. A spiral staircase leads to the 'Piccionaia', the typical turret of Tuscan country houses, which has been converted into a cosy living area with a wonderful panoramic view of the hills. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, which can be individually regulated in every room.

Outside the kitchen is a wrought-iron pergola, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing in one of the armchairs. In the large garden there is a swimming pool (11x5, open from May) with hydromassage corner and children's pool corner.
