Our country house is the ideal place to spend a quiet holiday not far from the sea.
Ideal for small family groups who love nature and comfort, a dream for children. The location is optimal.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the small town of Cecina, where you can buy everything you need: shops, supermarkets, restaurants of all kinds and the characteristic weekly market that every Tuesday morning winds its way through the streets of the centre: it is one of the largest markets in Tuscany, its stalls offer everything from shoes to clothes, from fruit to vegetables.
The main tourist centres of Tuscany are easily reached from here. Pisa with its important airport (the most important in Tuscany) is only 30 minutes away by car.
Volterra and San Gimignano can be reached in 30 minutes, and Florence and Siena in about an hour. During the summer, from May to November, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Approx.

A door connects the kitchen with the dining area in the living room. The kitchen leads to a large gazebo with tables and benches and a second outdoor kitchen and barbecue where you can cook outdoors during the summer months. The large living room (approx.
100 m²) furnished in rustic style has an area perfect for relaxing on an armchair or on a sofa in front of the authentic Tuscan fireplace (one of the sofas is a double sofa bed).
This part is separated from the dining area, where there is a beautiful wooden table, by a brick arch. Behind another arch is the TV room (satellite TV) with comfortable upholstered armchairs. From the TV room and the dining area there is access to the covered terrace (approx.
30 m²): another lovely spot to relax. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with washbasin, WC and washing machine. The sleeping area on the upper floor, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is accessible via an old stone staircase. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In this room there is a loft with two beds.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The third room has two single beds that can be joined.
There are two single beds in the lovely loft (this room is especially suitable for children).
The fourth room has a double bed. The occupants of the third and fourth rooms can share the third bathroom, which is located in the corridor leading to their rooms.
It also has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The adjoining holiday flat, approximately 50 m² in size and suitable for 4 persons, has a separate entrance (on the other side of the house) and is located on the ground floor.
It consists of a living/dining area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette (4 gas rings, cooker and dishwasher).
From the living room, a large French door leads to the garden and swimming pool.

The farmhouse has underfloor heating. The large park surrounding the house extends over 12 hectares, from the large green area around the house to the vineyards surrounding the property. The swimming pool (20 x 18 m, open from March to the end of November) is our pride and joy.
By designing it down to the smallest detail, we tried to integrate it into the landscape.
This was done really well: the first part of the pool, with shallow water, gives the impression of a sandy beach, then the water slowly becomes deeper, allowing you to swim in the 'sea' towards the horizon. The 10-person whirlpool is part of the pool; thanks to its shallow water, both children and adults can enjoy themselves. Near the pool there is also a furnished gazebo where one can enjoy the tranquillity of the place.
Tropical parasols and deck chairs create the perfect ambience. You can buy our own wine and oil directly on the farm. During your stay at the villa we can organise dinners with Tuscan cuisine, birthday parties, cooking classes for adults and children, pizza parties with our chefieren.
