The villa has a large garden with a salt-water swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, open from May to September) and a covered terrace adjacent to the dining room with a table for 16 people and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The structure, which can accommodate up to 16 people, consists of a 265 m² villa and a 75 m² outbuilding (the former 'Limonaia', where plants were stored during the winter). Ground floor of the main house: entrance hall, dining room with seating for 16, living room with fireplace, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer), one service bathroom.
