The house has a large swimming pool (14 m x 3 m x 1.5 m deep) for swimming, a whirlpool and of course a lovely terrace.
The property, which is well fenced, can be reached via a small road and access is through an electric gate.
On the plot you can enjoy the beautiful garden, the terrace and of course the brand new and well maintained swimming pool.
There is also a gazebo in the pool area.

The sandy beach (Marina dei Ronchi) is only 4 km away.
