We are located 800 metres from the town centre, convenient to essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). The villa is divided vertically into 2 properties.
We rent the property overlooking the swimming pool (3.5 x 10 metres) which can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
The entrance is on the upper floor and consists of a living room with sofa (convertible into a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm), dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, accessible via a convenient staircase, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed 180 x 200 cm, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a further 2 foldaway beds underneath.
Also on the same floor are 2 large bathrooms, both with shower.
The kitchen is brand new, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, electric shutters, electric awnings on the terrace and barbecue. The upper floor of the property has a large corner terrace (approx.
45 sqm), while the ground floor has a veranda (covered terrace) (approx.
20 sqm).
