Our house/villa with pool(25m2,150deep,heated.) is located only 20m from the sea and 20m from beautiful sandy beach in Duce. The house is on a plot of 600m2.
We are on the sea side and the house is 250m2 big.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining room and living room (100m2).
On the 1st floor we have 3 rooms with bathroom, balcony with sea view.
On the 2nd floor there are also 3 rooms with sea view.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
You can go directly from the living room or from the kitchen to the garden or to the pool.
We also have an outdoor stone barbecue.
Car parking is on the plot right next to the house.
Fully equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle...).
Living room equipped with LCD satellite TV and WI-Fi.
We rent a villa/holiday house for 12+2 persons only 20m.
