On the first floor of the right part of the house there is a living room with access to a balcony with an open view of the sea.
The living room is also serves as a bedroom with an bathroom for two people.
The living room has a movable partition that instantly turns the living room into a bedroom and provides complete privacy.
There is an outdoor dining room on the balcony.

The house offers a unique experience of a luxurious holiday by the sea itself.
A small shop is only 20 m from the house where you can buy basic groceries as well as bread and pastries.
The bus stop is also 30 m away.
The nearest restaurant is 800 m away, which you can reach in a 10-minute easy walk along the sea.
