Free public parking 45 m from the house, it is not possible to reach the property with the car. It has a brand new, modern and cozy interior.
There is a huge terrace next to a mediteranian garden with a BBQ. The 75m² house comfortably fits seven people in two bedrooms.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the second offers one double bed plus one single bed.
In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (for two persons).
Furthermore, the house has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
