One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with one double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, and there is also the first bathroom with a shower cubicle bath, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a toilet.
Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with another two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed.
There are two bathrooms, one has a bath and shower attachment while other has a shower cubicle, otherwise they are the same as the ground-floor bathroom.
Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the holiday house can be used free of charge.
This fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday house of 100m² made of natural stone is in a perfect seaside holiday location, just a few steps from the beach and the blue Adriatic Sea in the Zaton bay around the picturesque little coastal village of Stikovica in the sunny south of Croatia.
It is less than 10 metres to the beach with crystal clear water, with a beach restaurant offering regional specialities and international cuisine.
The nearest shopping facilities are in the centre of the little village of Zaton, about 2km away.
The historical Mediterranean metropolis of Dubrovnik about 6km away is ideal for an interesting day trip.
One of the bedrooms on the upper floor opens directly onto the private sunny terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea with a glass of Croatian wine after a long day on the beach.
If you arrive by car you can use the parking space right in front of the house.
